- Be sure to email for any questions or concerns before ordering your products. 

- Please check head sizes, hair lengths and textures before checking out with your order.

- We will grant a refund for items that are returned in the same condition as it was when received. However, there is a 10% restocking fee.

- Curly hair can not under any circumstance be returned if curls are pulled apart, fingered, or manipulated in any way!

- We will not refund or exchange hair that has been worn, installed, dyed or cut

- Absolutely no refunds on custom wigs!

- We do not refund shipping charges for any return orders.

- Please remember to check as this will help both parties.
